I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pooches Playhouse. Ryder is so happy to get picked up in the morning and I... know he has a great time cause I get wonderful videos of him playing throughout the day. Pick up and drop off is always convenient and they will even bathe him for an extra fee. I fully trust them with my boy and will definitely use them when I start traveling again.read more

We heard about Pooches Playhouse from a neighbour, and am so glad we did! It is our dog Kingston's favourite place, as... soon as he sees the car pull up for pickup he is so excited. We love the daily updates, and especially the photos (I still don't know how they get the dogs to all sit like that). We have also used them for boarding and were so pleased with the service. It's a great feeling to know your pup is in good care when they aren't with you. 10/10 would recommend and would not send my dog anywhere else!read more

Sara and Lourdes provide a great second home for your pup. Mishka (my golden retriever pup) was taken in with a very... short notice for 9 days and it was a very smooth experience. I was provided regular updates, Mishka made a bunch of new friends (Sara's dogs are awesome too) and now they are my go to boarding service. Also appreciate the pickup and drop-off service. Highly recommended!read more

Sara, Lourdes, and the team at The Pooches Playhouse do an AMAZING job of looking after the dogs in their care! They... are patient, kind, and attentive to the specific needs of each dog who stays with them. Sara even sends me pictures and videos of my Niles playing with all the pups, which always brightens my day! Niles is always super excited to go to daycare, and comes home tired and happy after playing with all his dog friends there. I'm a veterinarian and sometimes work long hours, so the pickup and drop off service is invaluable to me. Knowing that I don't have to worry about Niles because he is with the Pooches Playhouse team makes my life so much easier! I highly recommend The Pooches Playhouse to anyone in search of caring, responsible dog lovers to look after their furry family members.read more

The pooches Playhouse is the perfect getaway for our little girl. She gets great exercise, makes great friends, loves... the owners and comes home tired and happy after a long day.

The pick up and drop off service make it very convinient and they really work around your schedule.

My husband and I highly recommend Sara and her daycare to those looking for a home away from home for their dog! Our... Australian cattle dog, Dundee (known to be a Velcro dog and doesn’t like being away from his humans) enjoys his time at Sara’s! We don’t have to worry at all when he is with her. Sara is wonderful with him and we can tell by the videos and photos she updates us with throughout his stay there. He gets to the play with new friends, have time outside, treats and snuggles. A huge bonus is that she offers pick up and drop off. We wished we found her sooner! I thought our area wouldn’t be considered for pick up/drop off but Sara makes using day care such a breeze and stress-free. The Pooches Playhouse is affordable and very convenient. Sara’s communication is professional and is very responsive. We will definitely continue to use this daycare 🙂read more

The Pooches Playhouse far surpassed our expectations. Sara was absolutely amazing with our recently adopted 4 year old... Bullmastiff, Bruce who requires very special attention. Bruce was severely abused and part of a dog fighting rescue and can not be around other animals. He is exceptionally friendly with humans but is still learning to trust them again. Sara was very patient, kind and caring with both him and our home while we were away for the week. I highly recommend her and will certainly be inviting her back. Bruce misses her already.read more

Sara watched Theo for a week when he was less than a year old and did a fantastic job! She not only sent me regular... updates and photos on how he was doing, but she also grew such a strong connection with Theo. He is a shy pup, but not for Sara - every time he sees her now, he has the biggest bum wiggles and cry’s of excitement. We love Sara!read more

They Treated Him like He Was One of the Family
My little Kenzo Benzo stayed at The Pooches Playhouse while my family and I went on vacation to Mexico for 5 days. They came and picked him up before our trip and dropped him off as soon as we got back home which was super convenient and very helpful as planning a family vacay can be very hectic.
I knew he was in good hands because they sent me photos and little videos of my pup everyday to let me know how much fun he was having. I also love that they don’t crate him at night. They treated him like he was one of the family. I highly recommend The Pooches Playhouse and I will definitely be using their services in the future!

Sara Was Amazing with Bruce Who Requires Special Attention

Sara Picked Up Oliver in Ajax
I heard about The Pooches Playhouse through a friend. I decided it check it. Sara picked up Oliver (I live in Ajax), sent me pictures of him having fun with other dogs, and then drove him home. Sara is very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice when I mentioned a couple of issues Oliver has. I would definitely recommend The Pooches Playhouse to anyone.

Home Away from Home
What I appreciate most about Sara is not just her obvious love for animals (Yankee fell in love with her immediately), it’s also her passion! I don’t feel guilty taking any trips anymore because Yankee feels like he’s on vacation too. She is so good at what she does that I don’t think my little guy wants to come home. I will definitely recommend The Pooches Playhouse to anyone and everyone. Thank you Sara for making The Pooches Playhouse his home away from home.

Received Pictures of Our Dog While We Were Gone
We were referred to this company by a friend to take care of our 3 year old Shih Poo for 3 nights while my husband and I were out of town. I was hesitant at first since we usually just have friends doggy-sit while we’re away but Sara was soo good with him! Our dog is usually timid around new people but he just jumped in her arms, tail wagging and off he went! I love that Sara also offers a pick up and drop off service. Makes it so much more convenient!! Also, the dogs can sleep on the sofa or bed (not in crates) and we received pictures of our dog while we were gone which was nice. I would (and already have) recommended this service to friends i know with dogs! Great service!
